Pearled barley is barley grain that has been processed to remove the outer hull and bran. This Australian-grown and processed barley is from Brummbi biodynamic organic farm, VIC. It has no chemicals, non-GMO.
 
We have been using this barley for our barley miso(Barley koji), and we love it so much. It has so much aroma and flavour. 
 
It is also great for soup, grain salad, mixed with rice and many, many more!
