Sometimes, customers visit us at the market but miss out on the items they want. You can now order online and pick up your items at the market! When you select "Pick up" in the cart, you'll be notified of the specific market for your pick-up.

Order your favourite items online and collect them for free at the market. No more missing out 🛍️.
If you can't make it, we'll hold your order until the next market or ship it to you (shipping fee applies). If we need to cancel due to weather, we'll deliver to your location for free on Wednesday (for the Ballarat area).

“Korean-style medicinal chicken soup” (参鶏湯) is made using a Shiokoji marinated in whole chicken, stuffed with glutinous rice, mung beans, jujube, goji berries, and ginseng. It is slowly simmered for about 6 hours. This highly nutritious dish is renowned for its collagen-rich, silky broth. I felt that the soup helped me recover from last week and gave me plenty of energy for a week💪

“Stir-fried pork mince, eggplant, chard and ginger soy sauce over the rice. And eggplant miso soup”

I stir-fried pork mince and vegetables with just Naogen ginger soy sauce. It turned into a tasty dish. Last thing: add a bit of starch to thicken the sauce. I am happy that I discovered flavour using simple ingredients.
Eggplant, miso soup, and dark miso pair well together.
