“Smoked garlic miso ramen, shio koji marinated poached chicken, garlic and sesame oil sautéed broccolini and Coriander”

Use instant Japanese ramen, add some of our smoked garlic miso to the soup for a nice touch of garlic and miso flavour, and top with any fillings!

“Chickpea miso and maple-glazed buttery sweet potato”

First, I really love this.
I can't stop eating them👌

#kaokaomiso

Cut into portions and soak them in water a bit. Then steam until soft.

Potatoes are soft. Place a pan on the stove with some unsalted butter.

Cook it in butter. Add a bit more butter. The potato absorbs the buttery flavour.

Cook the potatoes in the butter until they are golden. Then add maple syrup and miso. I used chickpea miso this time. Add miso gradually. I ended up adding 1 tsp of miso and 2 tbsp of @sapntapmaple. Cook it a bit to develop some colour. Then it's ready to eat!

Black rice koji Amazake

It has a slight citric sourness and a touch of sweetness. Mmm, it’s refreshing and very enjoyable in warm weather.

Black rice koji is available in our online store!

“Natto & Vegetable(kale and Onion) tempura”

I love mixed vegetable tempura (kakiage). Different vegetables have different textures and flavours. Tonight, added Natto to my usual tempura. Fried kale tastes a bit like nori seaweed. Yum yum
