I enjoy making Oshiruko (sweet red bean soup) when the weather gets cold. Making it yourself allows you to customise the flavour, sweetness, thickness, and fillings like mochi.
So happy!

寒さが少しづつ厳しくなってきたので、

自分で作ると甘さや小豆のつぶつぶ具合や
トッピングやらその時の気分で
好きにできるので楽しいです。

柚があったので皮を入れてみました。
ふわっと爽やかな香りがして
これまた美味しくいただきました♪

Honey Marinated Anzuboshi

One of my favourite ways to savour our Anzuboshi is when it’s marinated in honey. This delightful combination creates a beautiful balance of sweet and salty flavors. Whenever I crave it, I relish it as a little snack, perfectly complemented by a lovely green tea—an ideal moment for a pause.

Our Anzuboshi stands out with its fruitiness, as the apricot brings a sweetness that transcends the usual Umeboshi. These pickles are not just salty; they also carry a hint of fruitiness you can truly experience.
